For trade associations, political involvement is a vital part of their activities. But while it is important, there must be a structured process in place for long-term success. Choosing REALTOR® Champions is a training program developed by the National Association of REALTORS® to educate member leaders on how to develop a process to identify and engage with champions for their issues. I adapted that training to fit a virtual environment in light of COVID-19.
